There will be a food vendor at the Knolls Knockout race.
The vendor will be setup and ready to take care of people coming in on Friday evening. Breakfast service will begin 1 hour before sign ups on Saturday morning and continue throughout the day and for the duration of the race. If significant numbers of people remain until Sunday morning, they will stay Saturday night and provide a morning breakfast service Sunday morning until 10:00 AM.

· General Snacks such as Candy and Chips

· French Toast
· Pancakes
· Eggs
· Breakfast Burritos
· Bacon
· Sausage
· Donuts / Pastry

· Hotdogs
· Corn Dogs
· BBQ Chicken
· Beef Brisket
· Pulled Pork Sandwiches
· Garlic Roasted Potatoes
· Fries
· Pasta Salad
